IkaKingsBotThis policy explains how IkaKingsBot handles information when you use the IkaKingsBot browser extension, website, or account service. IkaKingsBot is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Gameforge.
Information we handle
- Account information: your email address, display name, and sign-in method. If you choose email/password sign-in, the server stores a salted password hash, not your readable password. Google sign-in provides us with a Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information you authorize.
- Sessions and security: session and refresh-token hashes, session dates, the browser or extension client label, user-agent information, and security rate-limit records. Cloudflare may process network and request metadata, including IP address, to provide and secure the service.
- Subscription information: plan, status, dates, amount and currency, and PayPal subscription identifiers needed to check and manage access. PayPal handles payment credentials; IkaKingsBot does not receive or store your full card or bank details.
- Extension data: the extension reads relevant information from the Ikariam page you use, such as selected server, cities, resources, buildings, island information, and task settings, to provide its tools. This operational data and your extension settings are stored in the browser’s extension storage on your device. The account service receives account, session, and subscription requests, not the extension’s local city database.
Optional integrations
- Resend: receives your email address and verification or password-reset message so it can deliver account email.
- Google: provides sign-in when you choose Google. Google processes authentication under its own privacy terms.
- PayPal: processes checkout and recurring payments. We receive subscription and payment-status information needed to provide Pro access.
- Google Gemini: if you configure and use AI CAPTCHA assistance, the CAPTCHA image is sent to Google’s Gemini API using the API key you provide.
- Telegram: if you configure Telegram notifications or CAPTCHA assistance, the messages or CAPTCHA image you choose to send are sent through Telegram using your bot and chat settings.
- Local services: if you configure a local model or local helper service, requests are sent to the local address you set on your device.
How we use information
We use information to operate the extension account, authenticate users, verify email, prevent abuse, manage sessions, check subscription access, deliver account emails, respond to support requests, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Where information is stored
Account and subscription records are stored in Cloudflare Workers and D1. The account website uses browser session storage for its sign-in session and local storage for the theme preference. The extension stores its settings, task configuration, and game data in browser extension storage. Verification and password-reset links use short-lived, one-time tokens; the database stores token hashes.
Retention and deletion
Extension data remains in your browser until you remove it or uninstall the extension. Account records and subscription records are kept while needed to operate the account, provide access, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. You can request account deletion using the developer contact information shown on the IkaKingsBot Chrome Web Store listing. We will delete or de-identify account data that we no longer need, subject to any records we must retain.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, short-lived access sessions, and hashed refresh and one-time tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and any optional third-party API keys secure.
Your choices
You can use browser settings to clear extension data or uninstall the extension, disconnect optional integrations, manage or cancel recurring billing in PayPal, and request access to or deletion of your account through the Chrome Web Store developer contact details.
Children and changes
IkaKingsBot is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. We may update this policy as the product changes; the effective date above will be updated when we do.
